Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything about how we process, ship and deliver your A1PH order, including timeframes, tracking, customs and what happens if a parcel is damaged.

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
During busier periods, or where an order needs an address confirmation, processing may take slightly longer. If we expect a meaningful delay we will email you at the address on your order.
Shipping rates & free shipping
All prices and shipping charges on this store are shown in US Dollars (USD).
- Standard shipping: a flat $6.95 within the United States and the United Kingdom.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $55 or more (after any discounts, before tax).
- International shipping is quoted at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
The exact shipping option and price for your address are confirmed on the checkout page before any payment is taken.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- United States: 5–9 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–16 business days
These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can extend them.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. If you have not received tracking within three business days of ordering, contact us at support@a1ph.shop and we will look into it.
Damaged or lost parcels
Several products in our range — including glass, ceramic and stone-composite items — are fragile and are packed with protective materials. Please inspect your order on arrival.
- If an item arrives damaged or broken, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- If tracking shows your parcel as lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a re-shipping charge may apply) or a refund of the item value, excluding the original shipping cost.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. We declare orders accurately and cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value.
