Returns & Refund Policy
A clear 14-day return window for unused homeware, with sensible exceptions for hygiene and installed items, and full cover for anything that arrives faulty.

Our 14-day return window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for items that are unused, unassembled and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and fittings included.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law. Where those rights give you more protection, they continue to apply.
How to start a return
To begin a return:
- Email support@a1ph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation.
Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we may not be able to identify or process unannounced returns.
Hygiene & personal-care exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty. These include:
- Toothbrush holders and other direct personal-care items once unsealed
- Opened adhesive label sheets and adhesive hook pads
- Any item that has been used, washed or installed
Items that come sealed are only returnable if the seal and original packaging are intact.
Installed & adhesive items
Wall shelves and other items that you fix or adhere in place cannot be returned once installed, as installation is the customer's responsibility and alters the product. Please confirm the rated load and approved surfaces, listed on each product page, before fitting. Unopened fixings and uninstalled items remain returnable within the 14-day window.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we will put it right. Fragile glass, ceramic and stone items are covered by this — see our Shipping policy for details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (USD).
- Refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days of inspection.
- It can take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges & cancellations
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (where eligible) and place a new order. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible: if it has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
