• Workspace content: the notes you type (room, issue, timeline, photo descriptions) to generate records.
• Billing data: subscription plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics to keep the service reliable and secure.

Subscriptions are billed in USD through a third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of your plan and payment status but never store full card numbers. Your statement shows “AI UTILITY LOG”.

4. Providers & sharing

We share limited data with processors that run the service: hosting, an AI generation provider, a payment provider, and analytics. We do not sell your personal data. Providers act under contract and only process data to deliver ALPH.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or the CCPA — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objecting to certain processing. To exercise them, email support@alph.shop.

6. Retention & contact

We keep workspace and account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise it. Data controller:
