Each product page lists the rated load and the surfaces an item is and is not suitable for. Adhesive and no-drill fittings create no permanent fixing. Always follow the surface guidance and let adhesive cure before loading.

Yes. Glass, ceramic and stone-composite items are packed with protective materials. Please inspect them on arrival and keep the packaging until you have checked the item.

All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), wherever you order from.

Checkout is handled by trusted third-party payment processors. Card and supported wallet options are shown at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can change or cancel it. Once shipped, our standard returns process applies.

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates by region are listed on our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 in the US and UK, and free on orders over $55. International rates are quoted at checkout.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Hygiene and installed items have sensible exceptions, and anything faulty is fully covered. See our Returns & Refund policy for details.
