Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ALPH online workspace operated by A L PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED. By using ALPH you agree to them.

1. The service

ALPH is an online-only digital SaaS workspace that helps you write household maintenance records and quote-prep notes. It is software access only. It does not include any physical goods, shipping, repair, inspection, installation, certification, or on-site or emergency service.

2. Accounts, subscriptions & credits

  • Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in USD and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Credits are the usage unit for generating records and exports; included credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, ALPH must not be used to produce operating or repair instructions for gas, electrical, structural, roofing or pressurised systems, or to present output as a certification, inspection report or emergency service.

4. Drafts & your responsibility

All output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, rights and compliance before you rely on it, share it, or act on it. A licensed professional must confirm the real issue and the correct action. ALPH does not verify facts for you.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. See the AI Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom(Scots law), and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Prices are in USD.
